The binding version is the Polish Polityka prywatności.

- Booking and vouchers: name, e-mail, phone if given, chosen date, video code and voucher text — to provide the service and send confirmations.
- Payments: the transaction status and id from Przelewy24. We never receive card details or bank logins.
- Company enquiries: the form data, to reply.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Meta, TikTok): only with your consent, to learn which videos bring people to the site. Withdraw it any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
- The heartbeat recording from the session is not collected by this site; its processing is covered by the consent form signed at the studio.
- Retention: booking and payment data as tax law requires (5 years from the end of the year); enquiries up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and a complaint to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
