Terms (summary)

The binding version is the Polish Regulamin. This is a summary in English for convenience.

  • Seller: [COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, NIP], [email protected].
  • Recordance is not a medical examination or a health service. The service is entertainment and a keepsake.
  • Services: Session + Track (about 25 minutes in a VR headset, a track made from the recording, two versions to choose from), Portrait (plus a video and an A3 poster), and gift vouchers for both. The track is performed by an AI music model from a score made from the session recording.
  • If you don't like the track: we make one more version; if that does not work for you either, we return the deposit.
  • Booking: a 20 zł deposit or a valid voucher code holds the date. The deposit counts towards the price; the rest is paid on site. Cancel or move the date at least 24 hours ahead by e-mail and the deposit is returned within 14 days.
  • Vouchers: valid for 12 months, one service, not exchangeable for cash.
  • Payments: by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A., Poznań): BLIK, transfer, card. Prices include VAT.
  • Complaints: by e-mail to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days.
